Christopher D. Anna, DPM

Dr. Christopher Anna is the newest addition to Augusta Foot & Ankle joining the practice in November 2009. Moving to the CSRA is a return home for Dr. Anna having grown up in the Augusta area.

Dr. Anna received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Augusta State University in 1993 and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL in 2003. Dr. Anna is Board Qualified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery (ABPS) as well as the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine (ABPOPPM), a member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and Georgia Podiatric Medical Association (GPMA), and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

After graduating from medical school, Dr. Anna completed an advanced three-year surgical residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA. Dr. Anna began his work in podiatric medicine as an independent practitioner in Tennessee prior to joining Augusta Foot & Ankle.

When Dr. Anna is not seeing patients he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and mountain biking and is very active within his church.
